Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the trieqon website. The website provides information about our software development and consulting services and a way to contact us. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
These are website terms. A paid engagement requires a separate written agreement that identifies the contracting parties and sets out the scope, fees, delivery arrangements, responsibilities, and other project terms.
Inquiries and project agreements
Sending an inquiry does not create a service contract, reserve capacity, or guarantee a project outcome. Any estimate or timeline on the website is general information unless expressly included in a written project agreement.
The introduction form prepares an email draft on your device. You are responsible for reviewing and sending it. Do not submit confidential materials or sensitive data until appropriate arrangements have been agreed with us.
Acceptable use
You may browse the website and contact us for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the website or its infrastructure, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, or send unlawful or abusive material.
Please provide accurate contact information and only share material that you are entitled to provide.
Content and intellectual property
The trieqon name, identity, and original website content are owned by trieqon or used with permission. You may view the content and share links to it. Reuse of protected content beyond what applicable law permits requires permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, fonts, and software remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own rights or licenses. A reference to professionals at a company does not, by itself, claim that the company endorses trieqon or is a party to a contract with trieqon.
Ownership of custom software, deliverables, background materials, and third-party components is governed by the relevant project agreement.
Website information and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but information may change and the website may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. We may update, suspend, or remove website content.
Descriptions of AI and software services are general information. Feasibility, performance, security requirements, and suitability for a particular use are assessed within each engagement. The website does not guarantee particular business results.
External services
Email links open your email application and are subject to your email provider’s terms. Other third-party links or services, if used, are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services we do not control.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Any limits on liability for contracted services belong in the separate project agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how this website handles information, local theme preferences, and project inquiries. It is available at /privacy and through the footer on every page.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above identifies the current version. Changes to an existing project agreement follow that agreement’s own amendment process.
If you have a question or concern about this website, contact hello@trieqon.com so we can work toward resolving it.
