About this policy

This policy describes how trieqon handles information in connection with this website and project inquiries. It does not replace any separate data-processing agreement for client work. You can contact us about privacy at hello@trieqon.com.

Information you provide

When you send us an email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any name, company details, attachments, or project information you choose to include. Please share only what is needed to explain your inquiry. Avoid sending passwords, account credentials, or sensitive personal information in an initial message.

The project introduction form builds an email draft in your browser. Typing into it or preparing a draft does not submit your information to trieqon. Your details reach us only if you send the email through your email provider. Copying an introduction places it on your device’s clipboard.

Website data and preferences

Your browser stores your selected light or dark theme locally so the site can remember it. You can remove this preference by clearing this website’s local storage or site data in your browser settings.

The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Fonts and company logos are served with the website. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and requested pages, to deliver and secure the site. If you access a preview through a hosting platform’s sign-in screen, that platform handles the sign-in under its own privacy policy.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your requirements, prepare proposals, and manage a potential or ongoing business relationship. We also use information where needed to protect our systems, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes may involve taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interests in running and securing the business, or compliance with a legal obligation. Where consent is required for a particular use, we will ask for it.

Service providers and sharing

Email and hosting providers process information as part of delivering their services. Access within trieqon is limited to people who need the information to handle your inquiry or engagement. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Service providers may operate in other countries; applicable data-protection requirements must be considered when information is transferred internationally.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, manage the resulting relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. Relevant factors include whether an inquiry becomes a project, whether a dispute remains unresolved, and any recordkeeping obligations.

No email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. For confidential project materials, contact us first so that an appropriate sharing method can be agreed.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to send an inquiry, clear your stored theme preference, or ask us about the information associated with your correspondence. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it.

Send requests to hello@trieqon.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and some requests may be limited by applicable legal obligations. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, our practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Material changes that require additional notice will be communicated as required.
